The House
You see the garden before the house.
Just outside the walls of Asolo, Villa Cipriani appears among the trees, with the Asolo valley opening towards the outline of Monte Grappa.
It is a historic house before it is a hotel: 28 rooms, six of them suites, divided between the Villa and the Casa Giardino, each different in layout, furnishing and outlook. Since 1962 it has carried the name of Giuseppe Cipriani and it still keeps an intimate scale, far from any idea of hospitality produced in series.
Crowned heads, directors and actors have passed through these rooms.
The Queen Mother of England, Orson Welles and Catherine Deneuve are among the names now part of the Villa’s history. Discretion, by contrast, belongs to the present.

At the Table
The Cipriani signature, since 1962
The Cipriani signature has remained at the table too. The furnishings of the American Bar are still those chosen by Giuseppe Cipriani in the 1960s, and some of his classic dishes still appear on the restaurant menu.
The Contarini room, the Veranda looking out over the valley and the Bistrot Rosmarino, open beside the pool in the warmer months, accompany different moments of the day. The garden leads to the infinity pool and to the Sothys wellness area, while reception and concierge follow the stay from arrival to departure.
