Bistrot Rosmarino
From May to September the garden of Villa Cipriani also becomes the home of Bistrot Rosmarino.
The tables stand in front of the panoramic pool, with the Asolo valley and the outline of Monte Grappa beyond the greenery. It is the most informal of the Villa’s dining options and follows the rhythm of the warm season.
Light dishes, from 12.00 to 19.00
The menu includes club sandwiches, mini burgers, salads, a selection of pasta dishes, pizzas and fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Ingredients come from local producers, and continuous service means you can have lunch or stop by in the afternoon without the timings of a formal service.
Towards evening the Bistrot also becomes a place for an aperitif: the garden stays in front of the tables and Asolo opens its hundred horizons over the valley.
Exclusive use as well
Bistrot Rosmarino is also available for private events on an exclusive basis. Reserving it means a summer event can be built directly in the garden, beside the pool.
