The Prosecco Hills, from Asolo
The valley that opens below Villa Cipriani already belongs to the foothills of the Treviso province. Further east the landscape changes step by step until it reaches the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where vines and woodland follow far steeper slopes.
The Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene are on the UNESCO World Heritage list and make one of the most recognisable food and wine excursions to pair with a stay in Asolo.

The wine returns to the Villa
The bond with the area is present at the American Bar as well: the Bellini is made with fresh white peach and Prosecco.
Late summer and autumn are especially legible in the planted landscape, but the hills change in every season.
